One person answers the email. It is me.

My name is Xavier Gomez. I live and work in DuPage County, Illinois, and this business runs out of a room in my house, not an office with a sales floor.

My background is operations. Almost five years at a national logistics company, the last two and a half as an operations supervisor running shifts of up to 35 people, and more operations work after that at an industrial distributor.

Operations teaches you one thing over and over. A throughput problem is almost never a people problem, it is a handoff problem. Something gets dropped at the seam between two steps, and nobody sees it, because nothing failed loudly.

An unanswered call is that same dropped handoff. The work is good and the crews are good, and the job still walks, because nothing ever logged it as a loss.

So I stay narrow on purpose. I do not build custom software and I do not take support calls. That is what keeps the price on the page and the reply time honest.
