What I collect

Only what you type into a form on this site. On the missed-call report form that is your business name, owner name, mobile number, email, trade, average job value, the phone numbers you advertise, your website and what you schedule jobs in today, and an optional link to your Google Business Profile.

Basic, anonymous page-visit analytics. No advertising trackers.

On the support form it is your name, business name, email, a category and whatever you write in the description.

What the response test records

The report is a response test. I place calls to the numbers you gave me and log the date, time, day of week and the outcome of each attempt, plus how long any reply took.

I do not record audio. Illinois requires both parties to consent to a recording, so times and outcomes are all I keep.

I do not ask for and do not receive logins to your phone system, your website, or any account you own.

How I use it

To run the test, write your report, and reply to you. Nothing else.

I do not sell your information and I do not share it with advertisers or list brokers.

Text messages

If you check the box to receive texts on the report form, I will text the mobile number you gave me about your report. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Checking that box is optional and is not required to buy the report.

Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who else touches it

Form submissions pass through the automation and email tools that run this business, and payment for the $97 report is handled by Stripe. Card details never reach this site.

How long I keep it

Report records are kept for twelve months so you can ask for a copy. Ask me to delete your information and I will, within thirty days.
