The report, $97
I call your business the way a customer would. Then I tell you what happened.
Over five business days I place seven calls to your published numbers at the hours customers actually call, submit your web form, and tap the call button on your Google listing, then I document every result and put an estimated dollar figure next to what got missed. No account logins, no exports, nothing for you to dig up.
The calls arrive exactly as a real customer's would, from the same local number with the same question at the same hours, and I only identify myself as running a response test once someone answers, so every missed call is measured under true customer conditions.
The $97 is credited against your setup fee if you move forward within 60 days. If you do not, you keep the report and the numbers in it are still yours.
How it works
01
You submit the form below
Takes two minutes.
02
I call your published numbers seven times
Over five business days plus one Saturday, including one call before 7am, one after 6pm and one on Saturday. I submit your web form and use the call button on your Google Business Profile.
03
I log what happened on every attempt
Rings before pickup, whether a person answered, whether voicemail took it, whether the box was full, whether anyone called or texted back, and how long that took.
04
A two-page PDF lands in your inbox
Within eight business days.
What is in it
Six things, on two pages.
- A log of all seven calls with date, time, day of week and exactly what happened on each one
- Whether the web form submission ever got a response, and how long it took
- What your Google listing call button actually connects to
- Your slowest and fastest response times, side by side
- An estimated annual value of missed calls, calculated from your own average job value and the response pattern I observed
- One page of specific recommendations, whether or not you hire me
How I run the test
The calls come from a DuPage County number and I ask a real question a homeowner would ask. As soon as anyone picks up, I tell them I am running a response test.
I do not record audio. Illinois requires both parties to consent to a recording, so I log times and outcomes only.
Request the report
Send the details and pay the $97.
One step. The details tell me which numbers to call, and checkout opens right after.
Want the exact count instead of the estimate?
If you export your own call log from your phone system portal and send me the CSV, I will count every unanswered call over the last ninety days instead of estimating it, at no extra cost.
Most people skip this. The test on its own is enough to see the problem.
